You’re building something bigger than yourself.

You need someone who sees that and can build that with you, not someone who needs you to build it for them.

Hi, I’m Mara-

I've spent the last five years inside other people's visions doing all of the things, including podcast management, operations, systems, email marketing, and even a brief stint in SaaS sales.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, a mentor saw the vision of launch management for me before I’d ever even run a launch.

I caught the entrepreneurship bug when I was 18 and working in restaurants, dreaming about traveling the world. I started all of this a few years later in the thick of COVID with a newborn, with only a virtual assistant course I found in a bundle, my Zillennial computer skills, and my friend’s laptop. I wanted more, and I was going to fight for it.

For some reason, I took my mentor’s word and named my business Oh My Launch despite my lack of launch experience at the time. Eventually, the experience found me, and now, you and I are both here.

What she understood about me then was this:

I’m a dreamer, like you, and I can also see the path forward.

I co-create the vision with you and map out what needs to happen, who’s doing what when, and the 50-11 “did this get sent out yets”.

Then I start building, checking in along the way, and maybe even coworking with you at times (I know it’s easy for you to get swept up in everything else you’re doing outside of our calls).

“Mara operates at the intersection of vision and execution with rare precision. She takes expansive, high-level ideation and translates it into structured, scalable ecosystems that allow complex growth initiatives to move into full fruition. As a multi-faceted, creative leader, having the right operational architecture in place determines how far and how fast the vision can actually come to life. Mara brings that architecture to life and in color.”

And now that I own the launch title?

My first launch client was a former operations client of mine. She was ready to hit the ground running on her first program when I was freshly self-employed again. Within 8 weeks, we not only fully created her first hybrid course and group coaching program, but we also launched it and made $8,000.

During our time together, I helped her create a second program, and the biggest launch we had was a $24k launch.

Now she has everything she needs to rinse and repeat.

I’ve even stepped into launch events.

My first event was a book launch celebration in another city. I planned it, secured sponsors, managed the budget, and coordinated vendors (remotely). We ended up with over 130 guests and a 31% profit margin.

And just to make sure you really know what kind of person you’re working with here…

I'm the type of person who HAS to test a recipe out before I serve it at Friendsgiving.

My elders always ask me to help them with technology problems.

I refer to pregnancy as a 9-month-long research project.

I always read the ingredient labels at the grocery store.

I’m the official unofficial travel planner for my friends and me.

I crossed off my childhood bucket list item of seeing the cherry blossoms in Japan by booking an insanely good flight deal at 2am and then forgetting to cancel it until after the 24-hour mark passed.

People say launching is dead.

I say that in the age of AI and doomscrolling, people are craving things that make them feel something.

When you combine the right mix of people, strategy, and intentionality, it’s felt. People rally behind that, and you get big results.

I’m here to put the pieces together with you.
